Services provided: Engineering and concept work. On-site surveying. Static loading and fire resistance calculations.

Our Project Managers use appropriate software to establish strict scheduling, which allows continuous monitoring of the situation. In this way, you benefit from a performance guarantee that matches up to your requirements.

Powder coating

Our paintshop covers an area of 100m².

Our powder coating application system is performed in precise stages.

In the first stage, the piece is cleaned using phosphate treatment and then dried. Next, we spray the epoxy or polyamide powder on using a spray gun. The powder is held on the metal by the effect of electrolysis.

In the final stage, the piece is baked at 190 °C in an oven, where polymerization takes place.
